The Polish Association for European Law
The Polish Association for European Law is a registered association listed in the National Court Register (KRS) and a member of the International Federation for European Law (FIDE – Fédération Internationale pour le Droit Européen), an international association headquartered in Brussels, Belgium. According to the Statute of the Polish Association for European Law (PSPE), one of the Association’s objectives is active participation in FIDE’s activities. Additionally, PSPE aims to promote knowledge of European law and European integration, as well as to unite legal professionals around the idea of European integration.
Membership in the Association:
PSPE is open to individuals who demonstrate activity in the field of European law, either academically or in practice, and who wish to contribute to the Association’s objectives. Applicants must submit a membership declaration. A scanned copy of the signed declaration should be sent in PDF format to the Association’s email address: pspe@pspe.org.pl. The Association’s Board reviews membership applications and makes a decision on acceptance or rejection through a resolution.
All members of the Association are required to pay membership fees regularly (currently 80 PLN per calendar year).
